Mazda Expansion Tank

The Mazda expansion tank is among the very important parts that your Mazda vehicle will need to properly operate. The expansion tank is part of the entire cooling system of your auto. As you probably know, the cooling system is an important system in your vehicle that needs to be maintained and regularly checked. The basic components of your Mazda’s cooling system will include the radiator, the fan, water pump, thermostat, a sensor or two, water, coolant, a series of belts, clamps, and hoses that will connect them all together to make them run, and finally, the expansion tank. The whole cooling system of your Mazda, together with the expansion tank, works by effectively directing the coolant past the hottest parts of the engine, collecting the heat from the cylinder heads. The substance is then redirected out to the radiator, where the heat gets dissipated into the much cooler atmosphere.
